Some properties of orthogonal vector-valued multivariate wavelet packets

The construction and properties of vector-valued multivariate wavelet packets are studied.The notion of vector-valued multivariate wavelet packet associated with a quantity matrix is introduced.Their properties are discussed and orthogonality formula concerning these wavelet packets are obtained by means of finite group theory,operator theory and integral transformation.Finally,some new orthogonal bases for L2(Rs,Cr) are constructed from an orthogonal multivariate vector-valued wavelet packets by virtue of their orthogonality.
