ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN NETWORK CULTURE AND UNI- VERSITY STUDENTS' MISDEEDS AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

Network has developed more and more rapidly. Network culture has positive and negative effect on modern u-niversity students. At the same time understanding its advanced character, we should not overlook the connection between network culture and students misdeeds. Universities must build the most advanced network, form a high quality education team to organize campus network and strengthen students' network morality and immunity against unhealthy network culture.
