With the example of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Industry,the paper integrates present information resource,manpower resource and management resource, and puts forward a kind of energy and efficiency management system platform of chemical industry based on SOA.This system is of analytical and disposing ability of energy and efficiency data, and can improve worked efficiency and subjective activity of managers.
