The Reasons of Insufficient Manuscript Resouces in Journal of General Colleges and Countermeasures

The reasons why manuscript resouces in journals of general colleges are insufficient are that in general colleges the science research work is of low quality,the science rewards are unfair,a number of authors misunderstand the using of manuscript and editors communicate in a small range. To solve the problems, editors must organize manuscripts initiatively, train the young authors, and improve the quality and service.
