In recent years,with the popularization of Internet and development of web technology,network software obtains the rapid growth.The introduction of computers in product management becomes a worthy research topic.Petrochemical industry characteristics are: corporation subordinate have several oil or gas,they disperse by geographical position,oil level in tanks dynamic changes,corporation needs the existing inventory data real time.This paper discussed in view of this situation.
