Turtle: A LAN-Based Serverless Distributed File System

Turtle is a serverless distributed file system designed to provide storage service utilizing idle disk space on an existing set of desktop PCs。The purpose of this system is to provide an high reliability storage service. We used data partition and redundant replica technology to improve the reliability and the disk space utilization ratios. Preliminary results indicate that Turtle has an high reliability.
