The concept about the center of inductive electric charge and the center of electrostatic force are introduced by analogy with the center of mass and the center of gravitation.The problem of the point charge and conductive sphere is derived that the center of electric charge located in the place of image charge.This essay expounds clearly about the significance of the physical meaning in the center of inductive electric charge.
