Model Coordination Design Between Digital Substations and Control Center Based on UCIM

A new software system based on the uniform common information model(UCIM) and substation configuration descriptive language(SCL) has been developed.The power grid model used by the control center is automatically built from the model of digital substations,and real-time data is retrieved through the Abstract communication service interface(ASCI).The static model and real-time data between the digital substations and the control center are seamlessly integrated.
