Design and implimentation of RFID middleware ALE engine

Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)middleware encapsulates the details of low level RFID devices,processes data collected from devices,provides application level interface for client application to control devices and inquire RFID events.This paper introduces an RFID middleware engine,which compliant to EPCglobal Application Level Events(ALE)standard.The engine provides features for client application to define boundaries of event cycle,filter rules,aggregation rules,statistics rules,event report format, event report distribution methods and sources of interested RFID event.
