A new genetic algorithm and its applications

The paper proposes a new genetic algorithm that combines genetic algorithm(GA) with fuzzy theory. Firstly, the paper introduces the conception of good point distance and advances a fuzzy penalty function, then sets up a fuzzy fitness function, so it lets the fitness of individual has more rationality and objectivity. To guide the search properly, we set up different fuzzy fitness function in the differ phase of the genetic evolution. Computer simulation is performed, the result shows that this algorithm is efficient and feasible.
