Research on Virtualization Technology of Distributed I/O Resource

In this paper, a new solution is put forward for integration and utilization of the distributed I/O resources effectively. This solution is built between the operating system layer and the system hardware layer, mainly based on the latest hardware virtualization. It may virtualize and integrate the I/O resources distributed on multiple computer nodes, present a uniform virtual I/O space for the upper guest operating system, carry out the uniform management and utilization of distributed I/O resources for the guest operating system. This solution implements in the system software level, advanced in the performance and the implement cost. Additionally, the guest operating system dispenses with any modification.
