In wire network,the main cause of packets losing is congestion,and TCP will employ congestion control algorithm to reduce the sending rate.But in wireless network,bit error is another main cause.Now we use ECN and ELN to distinguish the two,it may transfer the low layer information to upper layer to enhance the TCP's performance..
