The Issue Tree Representation form of War Design Achievement

War Design Engineering which can resolve complex military problems in information warfare effectively is a kind of engineering method researching on future war.An issue tree using fault tree is constructed for reference to express war design achievement,which not only represents logical relationships between issues and sub-issues with issue tree but also establish a sort of top-down deductive analysis method from war design top issues to basic issues.After that mathematical description and qualitative analysis of issue tree are carefully probed into.In the end a case suitable to actual circumstances is given.
