An improved motion estimation algorithm based on traditional full search method

In this paper,a quasi full search method for the improved motion estimation algorithm is proposed.The algorithm introduces the judgement condition for the zero DCT coefficients of the difference block into the traditional full search method.It can find the match block as soon as possible with considerable searching precision through the helix searching mode.
