Applied with Java programming technology, and supported Heterogeneous Data Exchange Platform by XML technology and middleware technology, we focused on the system’s design and technologic implementation, and the system achieved a method to solve the question about exchange of heterogeneous data of administrative examination and approval , and it has a good package of data, exchange, sharing, interoperability and cross-platform nature.
