The innovative process of knowledge intensive services resembles hi-tech manufacturing, and the development of knowledge intensive services can intensify national innovation system. Knowledge intensive services have some innovative characteristics of intergrading information and communication technology, improving service user′s efficiency, etc, and knowledge intensive services have significant impact on increasing affixation value, consolidating academic ability in organization, etc on national innovation system.
