XML-based Protocols for Application Aggregation & Interoperability

The paper describes two XML-based protocols for application aggregation and interoperability under the distributed environment,i.e.ebXML and Web service.Their architectures and functions are preliminarily analyzed. A simple comparison of the two protocols is also offered.
