Estimate for the Perron Root of a Nonnegative Matrix

We studied the bounds of Perron root of a nonnegative matrix, and defined the 1-path cover of directed graph. With the help of the directed graph and 1-path cover of directed graph, we gave a new method to estimate the super bounds and lower bounds of Perron root of a nonnegative matrix, and obtained some new results.
