Node mobility model has great impact on performance of the routing algorithms in Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networks(DTN).This paper analyzes movement characteristics of mobile nodes carried by students in campus. The Semi-Markov Process is used to imitate node movement. And the mobility model of the corresponding nodes is established. Then the simulations and analysises are made about this model. The simulation results show that,in contrast to RandomWay Point(RWP) model and real traces information, the Semi-Markov Process model can denote accurately the real network environment.
