A Novel Design of Controller Based on the Cloud Model

A novel control structure model based on cloud model is proposed for the first time. The structure model is a nonlinear model in nature, and can be composed of a group of uncertain reasoning rules easily. This paper analyses nonlinear mapping characteristics of cloud model, presents the design method of the intelligent controller based on the structure model, and shows some simulation examples.
