The development and application of information technologies such as SCADA system,GIS,IC card gas charge system and customer service system in Daqing Gas Company are introduced.Combined with the company production and business management practice,the position and functions of information technologies in operation management of gas enterprises are expounded,and suggestions on an information technology development plan of gas enterprise are made.
