CTA/ADI methodology of knowledge management projects implementation,i.e.matrix methodology composed of three levels: Concept,technology,application and three phases: Analysis,design,implementation is addressed on the basis of analyzing the features of knowledge management projects and the reasons of implementation failure and according with system conception.Then the methodology is used to briefly analyze knowledge management projects implementation including concept analysis,concept design,concept implementation,technology analysis,technology design,technology implementation,application analysis,application design and application implementation.
