Design and Implement of Effect Valuation Software of the C~4 ISR System

Effectiveness valuation of command automation systems is an important content of the military operation researches.In this paper,it designs an air defense C4ISR systems effectiveness valuation software based on improved ADC model,introduces the software's basic design thought,the main structure design of the modules and workflow of that software system.The evaluation tool has good generality and expansibility,which improved the intelligentizition degree of effectiveness valuation of C4ISR systems.
