A High Voltage Reference Circuit with Startup Hysteresis and High Current Driving Ability

A novel high voltage reference circuit with startup hysteresis and high current driving ability is presented in this paper.This circuit not only improves the precision and stability of traditional reference circuit,but also has high current driving ability.Designed in UMC's 0.6 μm BCD process,it is applied in double mode active power factor correction circuit.The simulation results show that the accuracy of output voltage is 23 ppm/℃ over the supply voltage and temperature variations.
