Application of Fuzzy FMECA in Analysis of Hydraulic System Reliability

Most of working attachments for construction machinery are controlled by hydraulic control technology,so reliability of hydraulic system is of utmost importance to reliability of whole machinery.And Hydraulic system reliability is fuzzy.The method of FMECA and its defect are summarized in the article firstly,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced in FMECA to form fuzzy FMECA method.Then,the fuzzy FMECA method is applied in analysis of hydraulic system reliability.The results show that the fuzzy FMECA method is effective,because it can afford valuable help for enhancing system reliability.
