Robust watermarking scheme based on NMF and SVD in Contourlet domain

In order to improve the robustness of digital image watermarking,this paper proposed a watermarking scheme based on nonnegative matrix factorization( NMF) and singular value decomposition( SVD) in contourlet domain. After the contourlet transform,applied NMF to the low frequency component of the original image. Decomposed W the matrix with SVD. Enbed- ded the watermark after Arnold scrambling into the singular value of the image. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can obtain better visual effect and it is robust against attacks such as added noise,filtering and cropping.
