Non-profit Foundation plays an increasingly important role in helping the disadvantages and in the development of science,culture,education and health and other public services.The improvement of social credibility on non-profit foundation must rely on the rise of disclosure of information quality.Hence,an overall,systematic,scientific assessment indicator system of disclosure of information quality in non-profit foundation should be constructed on the principle of science,principle of comparability,principle of unity.
