Initial Study on the Value of Natural Resources

With combination the Labor Theory of Value and the Utility Theory of Value,the author want to establish the point of the value of natural resources,The natural resources included the part,which are not worked and also included other part which arc certainly worked.The value of natural resources which are worked can be determined by the pricing method based on the Labor Theory of Value.But,it is not identical views that the value of pure part of natural resources should be determined based on the utility,scarcity and degree of abundant of natural resources. The author has studied this problem,and the conclusion is that the natural resources which are not worked have also values and its quality is similar to the value of utility.This value can be also ex- change each other such as the value of labor.
