Optimization system of evaluation schemes

Put forward the ideas about compatibility degree and difference degree which give standard to judge priority of evaluation schemes. On the basis of this constructed mathematical model of maximizing compatibility degree and mathematical model of minimizing difference degree then maximizing compatibility degree, these two models contain the characteristics of evaluation methods; derived method for selecting optimum from evaluation schemes. At last, designed and realized the optimization system of evaluation schemes with both of creating and selecting optima from evaluation schemes by means of systems point of view, and gave two real examples for explaining its application.
