Comprehensive evaluation on sustainable development of water resources system using Hamming osculating method

This paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation mode for sustainable development of water resources by applying the Hamming osculating method of fuzzy mathematics.According to the actual example,the evaluating result shows that both models are basic coincidence as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the attribute recognition model, But this evaluating method is more suitable to the system quality with standard,because of the clear concept,simple design and caculation,good transplantation of the subject function.
