Pspice is a powerfully functional EDA tool of analogue circuit system design and analysis.The temperature characteristic,Voltage control rate and other parameters can accurately be analyzed,and design efficiency can greatly be raised by using the tool.The temperature curvature compensation CMOS bund-gap reference circuit has high temperature stability and simple structure by adopting efficient curvature compensation technology.
