A Precise Bandgap Voltage Reference With Low Temperature Coefficient

A high precise bandgap reference based on base current cancellation was presented,in which 0.5μm CMOS double poly double metal model was used.In the design,the cascode current mirror was used in the circuit and base current cancellation was realized.The simulation results show that the output voltage is with 15.3×10-6V/℃ at-25℃～125℃,and the PSRR can be reach-80db at low frequence.This circuit can be used as voltage reference in A/D and D/A converter.
