An Universal MLE Model For Mapping of Genetic Markers

In the construction of linkage map, authors find that, it can not approach to the real data properly for the estimation recombination fractions between two makers with Newton-Raphson iteration method even ML equation systems considering zygotic and gametic selector. An Universal MLE model for mapping of genetic markers showing segregation distortion is presented.
