Advances and prospect of fault diagnosis technology in frequency converter

Frequency Converters have been widely applied in industry and agriculture. The fault diagnosis of frequency converter becomes more and more important. First, the fault types of frequency converter are introduced. Then, the study state at home and abroad is presented. Finally, further problems to be studied in this field and the development trends are pointed out. And this paper emphasizes that it has great value in theory and practice to study the fault diagnosis of frequency converter combining many different methods and set up its prewarning system.
