The improved RTO algorithm

We propose an improved algorithm of RTO,which effectively avoids the problem that RTO increases while the DELTA is negative,so as to correct the RTO prediction mistakes.We finally simulate the TCP performances of RTO both before and after the improvement on NS platform.The result shows that the scheme effectively improves the TCP performances.We also point out our future research contents.
