An analysis of electronic data evidence

Although the instability, intractability, accessibility of electronic data make electron itself very frail, it's not only possible but also necessary to admit the evidence admissibility in terms of the procedure mode, evidence system, evidence regulations, judicial practice, and by considering the present state of international legislation and its trend as well as electronic commerce. Its three essential characteristics determine the difference in evidential value, the ways and contents of examining and judging between the electronic evidence and traditional seven evidences. Attributing electronic evidence to the audio-visual material is a temporary expedient.
