Jaakko Hintikka is well-known contemporary logician,he inspired in Wittgenstein's philosophy, and creating Game-theroy semantics by directly integrating game theory with the semantics. The view of Game-theory semantics is the interpretation of quantified formula as a two people game process, through using a series of the game rules, players can get a atomic sentence which truth value is determined. Thus we can conclude that the sentence included quantifier can be an effective semantic interpretation theory.
