Research on the customization of CAPP sharing information based on XML

This paper analyses the customized systems of CAPP sharing information have the problemof adaptability and expansibility. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes acustomized system of CAPP sharing information based on XML: XML files used asinformation carrier, we develop a modeling tool and a model mapping tool to set up a CAPPinformation organizing model in accordance with CAPP system of the enterprise, andprovide the customized function with a customized tool which adapts the dynamic model.
