A configurable DeveceNet communication adapter software was designed. The demand analysis, design idea and realization were expounded. With PC software and intuitionstic UI, individuation for configurable DeviceNet communication adapter was realized by laypeople, then connection between RS-232/485 serial interface devices which accord with Modbus RTU protocol and DeviceNet device network was realized. The software can meet application demand for industry field.
