A solution with the coordinates transformation of spherical function addition formula to electrostatic problem of double charged ring

In this paper, the electrostatic problem of double charged ring is solved with the spherical function addition formula's special coordinates transformation and the potential principle of superposition. The force's expression of the double charged ring is given by interaction energy of charged system and the principle of virtual work.
