The countermeasures and thinking on redundant publication and duplicate submission

Redundant publication and duplicate submission are academic misconduct behaviors,which are very commanding and general.Editorial department is the key factor to prevent redundant publication and duplicate submission.We investigate the new practice to prevent redundant publication and duplicate submission,including strengthening the propaganda and the education to author.In this way,we could make them aware of the immoral of the duplicate submission;Adding the measures to punish redundant publication and duplicate submission into author guidelines;Transforming punishment after informing in advance,so the people have the ideas in mind;Detecting the repetition rate before publication to prevent the articles highly repeated;Increasing the punishment for every time to prevent redundant publication and duplicate submission.
