A New Enhanced ElGamal Encryption Scheme

Original ElGamal encryption scheme can not resist adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks, A new enhanced ElGamal scheme is provided by introducing secure Hash function and pseudo-random number generator. This sheme can not only resist adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks, but also sovle the problem of discovering random number during encryption by using pseudo-random number generator. This scheme need two modular exponentiation operations for encryption and only one for decryption. It is very suitable to the environment of high secure and low cost.
