On-line monitoring system of thermal economy based on B/S structure is the tendency to build moden power plant's monitoring system.Introduces the IntraWeb and ActiveForm technology based on Delphi,combining them can develop rapidly the web application program with beautiful interface and powerful function.Thereby cuts down the transition time from C/S mode to B/S mode,reduces the development cost.At last,gives the application example.
