A Network Selection Strategy Based on Dynamic Gray Multi-attribute Decision Making in Heterogeneous Networks

The network selection problem in heterogeneous networks is transformed into typical dynamic multi-attribute decision making(DMADM)problem.A network selection strategy is proposed based on dynamic multi-attribute decision making theory and gray relation analysis(GRA) theory.The dynamic change trend of network parameters is taken into account besides user preference,service application and the current level of network parameters to provide users with comprehensive QoS guarantee.The simulation results show that this strategy could provide mobile users with reasonable access selection.
