Study on the Application of CPLD in Electronic Jacquarder System

Based on analyzing the operating principle of electronic jacquarder control system and electromagnetically operated valve,the paper puts forward a solution of the electronic jacquarder control system based on PC/104 and CPLD in view of the current jacquard control system design ways that often use the PC/104 and expand the PC/104's I/O using 8255 or other chips.In the control system using Altera Corporation's CPLD chip,the system accomplishes interface design and application software design between the PC/104 and CPLD as well as CPLD and electromagnetically operated value drive board.Finally the simulation is designed and the simulation result is analyzed.
