Research on Best Evidence Rule

Best evidence rule,priority rule of written evidence and priority rule of original evidence are three different concepts.The trend of best evidence rule is being desalinated,but essential spirits of best evidence rule are not wavered.It is necessary for us to refer to the rational spirit of the best evidence rule in order to establish and improve the priority rule of original evidence when the three criminal procedure laws are amended.
