Application of Image Processing Technology in Shoes Shaping

The shoes shaping plays an important role in the process of shoes making industry.This paper introduces a technique of shoes shaping with image processing.Firstly,the frequently used image of the hand-cutting shoes shaping is scanned into computer;then with the image sharpening,binarization and outline pick-up technique,the contour coordinates are gotten from the image;finally,based on those coordinates,knife is controlled to cut the shoes shaping.Without large data computing,this technique is brief and reliable,which is proved well in the practice.
