Research on Key Techniques of General Purpose ATE Model

For meeting the interchangeability requirement of ATS.an ATS model is presented based on COM technique.Making use of COM,functions of ATS is transformed into different modules;TPS can use modules through special interface.The model can be managed by database software.So the impact of instrument changing is greatly reduced.
