The Principle and Applications of Translinear Circuits

Translinear circuits are a kind of current mode circuits and are widely used in the analog circuits design.This paper introduces the basic principles of translinear circuits and its development.Several forms of translinear circuits implemented with bipolor transistors or MOS transistors are introduced.Some application examples of translinear principle in current mode circuits are given out.
