Application and Development of HTTP Protocol in MIDP

The present paper introduces the implementation of HTTP protocol in J2ME and develops a mobile phone weather forecast inquiry procedure based on HTTP protocol.All types of classes and major interfaces and objects used in the procedure are also introduced in this paper.This procedure can obtain the weather forecast data in 24,48,72 hours on the network in real time more effectively.The result of the procedure on the simulator and the mobile phone is also given.
